Sam Collins was born on the 2nd of February, 1996, in Boston, Massachusetts. Although he was born in Boston, he was brought up in Saugus, a town in Essex County in Massachusetts. He has never revealed the name he had before transforming himself into a boy. Sam claims that although he had a girly look, he had a belief that he was a boy. In his childhood, Sam was raised by his mother single-handedly.
He was already eight years old before he met his father. Also, Sam has never revealed a word about his educational details. When he was in elementary school, Sam did not realize the changes he had undergone. But he realized he was different towards the end of his fifth grade.
